Welcome to your one-stop source for real estate services covering all of the Victor Valley, including Apple Valley, Victorville, Hesperia, Lucerne Valley, Phelan, Oak Hills, and Adelanto areas.   Tom and Barbara Blaine opened Exit Realty Blaine Associates in November 2003 at the old Buffalo Trading Post in Apple Valley, California.  The brokerage opened with Beverly Bower as the Broker and six agents beating our doors down to begin work.  By mid-January of 2004, Blaine & Associates had 15 agents, and added Ruth Fleming as the Administrator.   As of December 2005, we had increased to 70 agents, acquired another 1700 square feet of office space as well as adding a receptionist and transaction coordinator. 

On July 1, 2008, we moved our offices to the Spirit River Center in Apple Valley, an up-scale business complex located at 16000 Apple Valley Road, Suite C-2, Apple Valley, California; Beverly Bower, Broker, License #01403131
